Please bring all necessary items to your appointment:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • A list of current medications
  • Any previous imaging scans such as X-rays (if available)

Front Desk Check-In

You should arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

During Your Visit

Your child's appointment will take place in an exam room.  We understand your child may be anxious. Your provider will take time to talk to you and your child about questions or concerns. Your provider will ask about your child's medical history and symptoms.

Your provider will also perform a physical exam to evaluate your child's condition. If you have any previous medical imaging related to your child's condition, they will go over it with you.

Together, you and your provider will discuss your child's diagnosis and treatment options. Your provider will answer any questions you may have.

Next Steps

At the end of the appointment, you will have a care plan in place for your child. Your provider may recommend tests or imaging studies. They may also refer you to another pediatric specialist.
