Dr. Moreno demonstrates a high level of understanding about women's reproductive health with particular support for peri- and post-menopausal care. I am impressed with her ability to problem-solve some of the barriers I faced and to find a constructive solution with coordinated care across all of my providers, including interest in what other providers recommend. Dr. Moreno obviously offers an incredible service given that my appointments with her need to be scheduled for 1 year in advance. When I needed to be seen earlier during the past year for problems that arose, she was able to get me in with Kate Ward, NP who was also wonderful. I feel like I am in great hands!

Dr. Moreno took time to listen to my questions and answer my questions. She did use a lot of medical terms that I didn't understand but when I asked she explained very well. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

When I booked my appointment with Dr Moreno, the representative said, "she's the best of the best!!" two or three times on that call. Well, now I can honestly say, I do feel that way about her too. Dr. Moreno is obviously well educated and knowledgeable about her field of expertise. She took the time to answer all of my many, many questions and never made me feel rushed or like the answers she was giving me were incomplete or half answers. Her MA was also awesome. She made me feel comfortable right away. When I left my appointment, I was happy with how the whole appointment had gone. Also on how I was treated like a patient not a number. I felt confident in making the choice I made for the treatment I'm moving forward with due to the doctors time and patients with me.
