She did everything to make him feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable exam and was honest but kind about his condition and what was the possible outcomes were for him. She wanted the best outcome but did not sugar coat the reality and severity of his condition to us which we appreciated. She included us in her thoughts for the best course of action but let the decisions remain with us. We are very grateful for her help and expertise and can not say enough good things about our experience.

October 09, 2024REDWOOD HEALTH CENTERMy experience with Dr. Hwag was extremely disappointing. After waiting for an entire hour in the examination room, I was met with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Dr. Hwag's bedside manner was not only rude, but also dismissive, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the appointment. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate or attentive care.
