From the time I walked in the Medical Assistant treated me with compassion and was very throrough . Shae and Dr Johnson were caring and professional. The whole treated me with kindness and understanding.

Friendly, caring, & helpful.

Despite her being very busy, with lots of patients to keep track of, she seems to remember me pretty well from appointment to appointment. She is efficient, but does not rush me. I trust her judgement in terms of care.

Frances Johnson is hands-down the best PCP I've ever had! My teenagers agree. She is caring, genuine, & invested. She takes the time to understand us. I never feel judged, rather I'm encouraged to be authentic by her authentic desire to help. She always explains the why behind her recommendations. She won't end the appointment until she knows that I am comfortable & satisfied. Thank you for being so very positive, encouraging, welcoming, & genuine with me & my family. The care you provide makes a difference! I remember leaving appointments with other providers feeling frustrated and discouraged; this has never been a problem with you. I always leave feeling like I can tackle my health issues and that I have the support to do so! During this last visit I was struggling with some emotional issues & you gave me the space & time to vent & offered resources. You care about my mental well-being as well as my physical. Thank you! This was our first appointment with Dr. Johnson and it was excellent. She took the time to really understand, was empathetic but also clear and firm, and shared her knowledge in a way that was understandable.
