  • Jess Farrar, Ph.D. (she/her), is a clinical psychologist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where she provides outpatient behavioral health services at the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Farrar also provides psychosocial evaluations for spinal cord stimulator trails as well as for bariatric surgery candidates. She is also involved in supervision and training for the Rehabilitation Psychology Postdoctoral Program in the Department of PM&R.
