It is so wonderful to see a Dr who really listens and appreciates my opinions about various aspects of health and well-being. I also love that Dr Doxey is qualified in Culinary Medicine - we talk about food, and never with any judgement about what I do or don't eat. He always asks about my spouse who is also a patient of his. Also, at this appt he was training a medical student, and involved him appropriately in the appt. Seeing the compassionate and kind way he interacted with his student absolutely aligns with the way be interacts with me.
