Where to Begin
Health Coaching
Health coaching supports your journey toward long–term health by breaking big goals into manageable steps. Coaches work with you to build momentum, track progress, and overcome obstacles. They ensure you stay focused and provide tools to navigate setbacks while maintaining your confidence.
Session Options
- Health Coaching Session (60 minutes): A personalized discussion to identify your motivations, barriers, and strategies for achieving your health goals.
- Follow-up Sessions: Available in 30 or 60 minute increments for ongoing support.

Lifestyle Medicine Consultation
Meet one-on-one with your U of U Health medical provider specializing in lifestyle health to explore areas related to health:
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Sleep improvement
- Emotional health and resilience
During your consultation, you may get recommendations to see specialists tailored to your needs:

Intensive Lifestyle Program
This 10–week program is designed to help you make meaningful changes in your daily habits. Our program is perfect for anyone ready to improve their lifestyle through better nutrition, physical activity, sleep, or stress management. You will be screen for symptoms of active heart disease. You may need approval from your physician before participating.

Specialty Programs
Build-a-Bone
Build-a-Bone is a four-part series focused on improving bone health through posture, weightlifting, balance, nutrition, and osteoporosis management. This series is suitable for adults with, or at risk of, osteopenia or osteoporosis. Classes are held in-person or via Zoom. Ongoing classes available.
Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
The National Diabetes Prevention Program helps participants delay or prevent Type 2 diabetes through evidence-based lifestyle changes. This program is designed for prediabetic individuals aged 18 or older who have not been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes

Executive Physical: One-Day Wellness Program
