(SALT LAKE CITY)鈥斚憬妒悠 of Utah Health Sciences colleges and programs remain among the best in the nation for training health care providers in physician assistant, nurse midwifery, pharmacy, primary care, and other areas, according to the 2012 edition of U.S. News and World Report鈥檚 Best Grad Schools.
In the magazine鈥檚 latest rankings, the 香蕉视频 of Utah School of Medicine was No. 2 in physician assistant education, No. 26 in the nation for primary care training, and No. 54 in research.
The 香蕉视频 of Utah Colleges of Pharmacy and Nursing remain highly ranked, with pharmacy at No. 16 in the country and the College of Nursing鈥檚 master鈥檚 degree program placing 36th overall. The College of Nursing鈥檚 master鈥檚/doctorate program in midwifery remains the eighth best in the nation.
In the College of Health, the physical therapy program was ranked 19th.
