I just can't understand we pay good amount of copay and go to Dr John Smith office and he doesn't do his yearly wellness check. Maybe one, but not all of them. So he's a okay doctor, but not the best. That's my opinion. Just a wasted money.

Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to identify and explain what was happening related to blood in the urine coming from my catheter. He told us what we needed to do and that we could contact him any time if we had questions.

Dr. Smith is without a doubt the most caring providers I have ever had treat me regardless of the facility. He listens to what my concerns are and then suggests a remedy and gets my feelings. Then he recommends a treatment plan. His last word to me is, if I need anything, to let him know.

Great patient bedside manner

i'm pretty sure that this Doctor is one of the coolest and most relatable Doctors in the City of Salt Lake, we need more of him, and the Nurse and Tech the worked with and prepared me for the process before i met the Doctor were the best as well, i have nothing but high praise for the entire staff in and outside of the precedure room, the whole team those in the room and waiting outside at the big desk, as i left i had sense that like me, they were all from Chicago, especially the Tech, he Nurse and Dr, even if they arent from Chicago they all made me feel at ease and home as i start this part of my journey, i am knowh by Chicago, i am from Chicago and i live on a street named Chicago a year before i moved into the house i stay at, i looked at my house, my neighbor and her getting in her car, i truly believe that none of us met by chance, God, the universe, destiny, whatever you call it, made sure that i had a great experience at the university hospital

Dr. Smith is an incredible provider! He truly cares about his patients and understands the field of Urology. I'll come in with a ton of questions and he happily and thoroughly answers every single one without judgement or trying to rush me. And his nursing staff are so kind and welcoming as well. I could spend all day hanging out and chatting with any one of them. If I ever had a friend come and ask me for a recommendation of who to see, Dr. Smith would truly and genuinely be it!
