Too often we have a way of prioritizing everyone's health over our own. Sound familiar? Let's put your health first with Your 5 for Life.

5 for Life takes place once a month at locations across the Wasatch Front, making it easy for you to get important screening tests. We offer testing for heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, skin cancer, mental and sexual health, and bone density—all in just over two hours. We even offer nutritional education.

We'll pamper you with a healthy breakfast and chair massage.

Bring your mom, siblings, friends, or coworkers and choose Your 5 for Life.
