Our Farmington Health Center is open for both primary and specialty care. We provide complete care for you and your family by offering a range of services for patients of all ages, including family medicine and internal medicine, women's health services, and pharmacy services.
We are conveniently located west of Station Park in Farmington, Utah.
Do you need an MRI, X-ray, CT scan, or mammogram? We offer convenient radiology services right in our health center so you don't need to make multiple trips to get the care you need. We also offer on-site labs, giving you faster, more convenient test results.
