Our goal in the RESTORE program is to reduce your joint pain and improve your overall health.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

You’ll have a two-hour shared medical visit each week for six weeks with the following:

  • Physician
  • Registered dietitian
  • Health coach
  • Other experts in the medical community

You will have a follow-up visit at nine weeks and again at three months.

Although your visit will take place in a shared setting, you will have individualized medical care throughout the program and recommendations will be tailored to your specific needs. All sessions will be billed through insurance as a medical visit and a physician is present at every session.

The RESTORE program can be useful if you currently suffer from joint pain or other chronic health conditions and may be useful in preventing chronic health conditions.
